When undertaking work for clients we will appoint a client contact throughout the working relationship. However the firm believes that it is important that the whole team are aware of their clients’ requirements and through Stephen Goodman, Jonathan Brooke and Tony Johns we will ensure that this is achieved.

We will tailor our service so that:

• Work is allocated effectively to the team members, ensuring cost effectiveness and expertise
• Client aims, aspirations and sensitivities are appreciated and worked towards
